Superb!
The Hays agent was superb. Found out exactly what we were looking for then gave us options with pros and cons. She definitely went the extra mile. Made a booking for a cruise and will go back to our agent to discuss tours when the details are released. She couldn't be any more helpful and made us feel like very valued customers.

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant, we always book package holidays online but next year wanted a cruise so went into the store to get some options. The lady was very helpful and gave us many different options & we ending up booking 2 week Mediterranean cruise as the price was so good. Brilliant shop with brilliant staff.
