Nothing too much trouble and always a smile..
Have used Hays before to book flights to Vietnam .This time a package holiday abroad .one thing sticks out to me is they never pressure you to go above budget .
Rachel booked our holiday and she was great .
Hopeing to get to Canada in July so will be back to book flights because we know we can trust them

We saw a bargain trip to Turkey in the window, and was greeted by warm welcome by a very helpful young lady who answered all our questions, she quickly sorted all the necessary paperwork, and our holiday was booked.
