I booked a Virgin Cruise through Hays a couple of years ago and were so impressed with the service that we didn’t hesitate to return for this summer’s holiday.
Ellie and Jessie were fantastic, they took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us find and book the perfect trip for our family. The whole process was smooth, professional and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish.

Family cruise
We needed four cabins for our cruise we wanted to book. Rachel was very helpful and knowledgeable and sorted out the best available cabins we required and also linked the bookings together so we could travel as one party. Will not hesitate to use there service again
