Polite helpful efficient staff
I left my requirements with Claire she informed me She was off for a couple of days I called in on Saturday morning and she had already been searching for something suitable and was working on my trip as I walked in what I wanted originally was to expensive but she found me a great alternative which I booked on the spot . Very polite helpful and efficient.

Booked our holiday at the Kirkham branch
We had found a holiday online, but wanted to see if there was anything else available. There wasn’t, but we booked through Hays as they managed to get a cheaper price than we had seen. Great service.

Hays Kirkham
Called Hays Kirkham and spoke with Daniel - gave him holiday dates and asked him to ring me back as I was going in a meeting. He rang me back as promised one hour later. He gave me the details of holidays he had found. I explained I had a voucher code which he was happy to try and apply to the cost of the holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, he emailed me the holiday details straight away.
