Quick and friendly service

The staff team in the Lanark branch made my experience of booking 2 special holidays wonderful. So looking forward to them. Have used this branch in the past,and will definitely use again in the future. Thank you girls x

We found the experience very good. Kelly asked questions which were easily answered and soon had information about the hotel we had selected, its restaurants and bars and the different types of rooms available.
Flights were discussed and we were aware that we would fly to Amsterdam and from there to Oranjestad.

Booking the hotel seemed straightforward, even obtaining a check price with a second agent.

I would thoroughly recommend Hays Travel.

I like going into the shop in lanark as the whole team make it very personal and accommodating. They are very well informed of what it involves to get you what you are after.its not a hard sell.so it's a relaxed atmosphere and you leave with the best deal possible on the holiday you were after.kelly and her team get 10/10 from me
