Booking flights with Ryanair
I came to Hays to book flights for my wife and me with Ryanair, as I found the Ryanair booking site had become more complicated than it used to be, and I was unable to input exactly what we wanted before prceeding to purchase. The young agent I dealt with wasn't sure herself how to navigate the booking system, but sensibly sought help from colleagues and was then able to complete the booking herself. It took away all the anxiety and frustration we both felt when we tried to do it ourselves. I'll always use Hays in future.

Fantastic Staff
The extensive knowledge the staff has of the various types of holiday shows through in their professionalism and manor of how we were approached.
Time was spent providing us with various option of holidays to suit our needs as pensioners who thrive when traveling. Nothing was a bother to them and careful explanations were provided and guidance given to ensure we were in possession of all the facts allowing us to make a informed decision on the best holiday for us.
