Deciding on a cruise was an experience we discussed and researched over a period of weeks. The Hays staff worked with us in the Larne Office where we had booked a cruise previously. On the day for our decision, two staff took us through the process and cross checked the forms before we completed. Follow up with email confirmation was on the day, providing reassurance that we would be organised and ready to travel.

The girl was helpful, pleasant and able to give advice and information .

I visited the shop over 2 days and staff were friendly and helpful on both occasions.

Spoke to Catherine about the day trip to visit the Ambassador ship when in Belfast. She kept me well informed what to expect and was very professional and pleasant to deal with.
