After doing a bit of groundwork over the weekend, after speaking with Katie, we returned to Hays Travel, Larne on Monday.
We continued our chat with Naomi, who was very helpful changing the hotel and setting up our final arrangements for our short holiday break away to Torremolinos.
It's been quite some time since we've travelled abroad and it was nice to receive some useful advice from the pleasant staff.
Thank you and hopefully you'll see us again soon, now we've finally got the bug to get away to the sunshine.

When I was in with Katie in your Larne branch the week before asking about holidays she was very helpful and pleasant. She printed our cruise and stay holiday off and we told her we would be in touch. After we talked about it at home we went down to see Katie yesterday and booked it .

A great experience
Catherine in the Larne Branch had previously given us lots of options to think about, which made booking a lot less stressful, as we'd had time to think, discuss and research which holiday would be the best for us. Overall a great experience and lots of help from very knowledgeable staff.
