Nice friendly atmosphere.
We spoke to Joe who was so professional, helpful and spent a lot of time making sure our holiday choice would be suitable. Joe was honest too was n't trying to sell us any holiday. We told him our requirements and he was very thorough. Joe obviously enjoys helping people. Instantly knew he was a good person. Joe is a credit to the company. We booked last year with Hays and will most probably will do in the future. Hayes has a genuine vibe about it as a company.

We were nervous customers who have not travelled widely. Our agent understood our concerns and was able to answer all our questions which gave us a lot of confidence, knowing that all air travel, hotel, transfers were booked, paid for and confirmed.
