I have know clue what I was doing but your agent was fantastic got a wonderful holiday and was so helpful with the hole process

Gemma the store manager was the first person we met to sit with to talk about our holiday with.
Gemma was lovely she was understanding of our needs she went above and beyond to help us. She made us feel welcome unfortunately she wasn’t in yesterday when we booked but we did book ! Thank you to Gemma for her lovely warm welcome.

Booked with gemma at Merrion centre ..5 star service. After the booking we had a few queries so I emailed and got answers back straight away . All the other staff were so helpful advising us about our trip ..thankyou girls ..cant wait for it now we're so excited to go to Thailand xx

Chloe was patient and helpful. She gave me options and was honest about weather predictions for that time of year. She found the perfect holiday for us for which we are very grateful.

Holly was so very helpful and she sorted us a very good deal with perfect flights from Leeds Bradford, a hotel which looks perfect and transfers. We also sorted our holiday insurance at the same time.

I commented on one of the Facebook ads and was contacted very quickly by Zoe from the Leeds office. She was a great help in giving further details! I asked for some time to consider which she did without contacting me! I then booked the holiday, Zoe was great in offering me insurance and ensuring I was updated throughout the process.
