Paying the balance for our June holiday and booking a holiday for September was made very easy and a pleasant experience thanks to Paige ...

Staff, In this case Yana, are warm, keen and enthusiastic as if they were booking for themselves. She remembered details of our needs and preferences from previous visits and searched everywhere for the best options for our holiday.

Every time I book with you, you are always so helpful.

Lovely staff, Dawn the manager and Paige who was doing the booking did everything to make the booking easy.
They go out of the way to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Both assistants who we dealt with were helpful patient and really friendly . We haven't been on a cruise before and we left knowing everything we needed to know thanks to both girls .

From going in to coming out everyone made you feel welcome. Dawn the manager dealt with us and we booked a cruise. Cannot praise her enough so helpful and a lovely personality. Love booking holidays with Hays Travel. So helpful

The staff are always pleasant and helpful and give good advice on our holidays, they try their best find our chosen holiday for right price etc .

Lilly was lovely, very professional and understood exactly what we were looking for.

Friendly professional knowledgable listens to what we wanted. Took time to find what we wanted offering choices without being pushed into any one direction . Explained everything easy to understand way .

Dawn made us feel nothing was too much trouble. She search various site to get a deal we were happy with.
She even made sure we could pre book our flight seats and will be ringing us on Thursday to book our seats.
At the end she added an extra £100 discount.

We went to book a holiday in Palma nova.
But the hotel we wanted was not in our budget.
Dawn,then checked all options, and came up with a suitable hotel in ca is bona ,our second option.

Great service will be back to book future holidays.

We booked a holiday with Ellie in the Leigh branch on Sunday 8th Feb. What a lovely polite young lady Ellie is. We wasn’t sure where we wanted to go on holiday but Ellie advised us on where to go for the time of year weather wise something I didn’t really take into consideration but is a big consideration as we want sun hot sun! (anywhere is hotter than Manchester) gave us lots of options of countries, hotels took into consideration in picking flight times and airport transfers etc. gave us time to think and ask questions was a delight to book a holiday with her and Ellie is a big asset to the Hayes company and Leigh branch!
