Amazing experience and such a friendly environment
Although we've always booked iur own holidays online and never found it a problem, we still felt like we were missing something. For us we were missing the knowledge and were limited by our own imagination so we decided to give Hays travel Leyland a visit to see if they could help.
We sat with a lovely lady called Gemma who was fantastic and we couldn't fault her. Her personality shines through and we couldn't have felt more welcome and never rushed.
We weren't set in what we wanted but had some requirements which Gemma worked through lots of options with us and we actually ended up booking something we never thought of (a cruise). Gemma even followed up with further information as promised in store.
I honestly can't fault the experience and how lovely all the staff were in store. We have a couple of other trips in mind and will definitely be going back.

Absolutely first class service received again at Hays Travel Leyland branch. Brilliant service
Staff - especially Gemma - are so knowledgeable. Gemma was able to build our cruise with hotel stay and show us each and every option. Amazing! She also managed to book our cruise at a significantly lower price than Iglu! We go there because we know we are going to be well looked after, and receive excellent advice.
There is a really good vibe in Hays at Leyland. A happy team, who are a pleasure to deal with.

Wouldnt book with anyone else
We have previously booked with hayes before and they know what we need as i have a disabled partner and son. The little things make a big difference such as sorting out the sensory room at the airport for my son, this makes a massive difference and keeps my son calm in a busy airport and knowing what we would need at the hotel having slides etc and near a beach and having a low floor room.
