Why do I always buy a holiday when I visit Hays Travel?
Whenever I visit Hays Travel, whether to ask a question or, in fact, book a cruise, the welcome is the same, no matter who you see. You are always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. You are not pressurised into buying a holiday and everything is explained at each point along the process. Yesterday, I was given far more information than what appears on the internet and this enabled me to make up my mind immediately and choose a cruise there and then.
I would recommend this firm, and particularly the branch I was in, unreservedly - this is now my 5th cruise organised with Hays Travel.
I would like to give a special mention Becky who was, as always, efficient, friendly and very informative, as she was when I booked my first cruise with Hays on Cunard's Queen Mary 2 in 2018.

I was made very welcome when I asked if I could book flights for Portugal fairly quickly, The first one to evolve was very expensive and I think it was obvious I was hoping for better. After a while it meant going a day later but was able to book a cheaper flght but still with TAP and reasonable times.
