Booked family cruise ,joint week and lone week on the same ship. Made sure rooms were close together, took all allergies, open sitting for dinner. Nothing missed. We can’t wait.

Wonderful help from your staff [Jack] he went above & beyond to give us choices of where we might want to go. Also explored transport, how to get around, & the right hotel. He was patient, kind, informative & a lovely sense of humour. Thank you Jack, he deserves a pay rise!

Great Service
As always we get great service when using Hays to book our holidays. We were all set on going bed and breakfast to Crete but ended up going All Exclusive to Menorca. This was all down to the patience and skill of Claire. Having looked at our options in Crete we asked for other suggestions. We looked at lots of other places and nothing was too much trouble. Claire broadened our options by suggesting options we wouldn’t have considered and found us a real deal.

We were welcomed as soon as we walked in, we enquired about cruises and was given plenty of helpful information, we went home to think it through and returned a few days later, we saw the same assistant (Paula) who remembered us after answering a few more queries we booked our cruise, couldn't have had better service
