Lucy has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. So much so that we booked again with Lucy while we was away. Our flight got cancelled on Wednesday night and Lucy stayed in touch until gone midnight and is still in touch with us making sure we are ok. Absolutely amazing experience booking my holiday with Lucy. She was so friendly and helpful, seen the deal on her Facebook page and messaged for more details. She was able to find the holiday from the airport I wanted at a great price and phoned me to book it and explained everything. She was so lovely and I would definitely book with Lucy again.
