Highly recommend
Lucy had been recommended to me by a friend. We'd exchanged a few messages before I'd spoken to her directly.
She was very friendly and gave a thorough breakdown of the trip, with lots of hints & tips.
Following the booking she confirmed queries about passport requirements once I'd checked our expiry dates.
All correspondence was timely and efficient.

Excellent service from start to finish
This is the second family holiday that I have booked through Lucy. I told her which hotel I liked and she came back with a few choices that were available and that was it another holiday booked. If there is anything I need to know I know that I can message Lucy and she always gets back with the relevant information. I would not use any other person or company to book our holidays as I know that we can trust Lucy 100% and are very pleased with the excellent customer service that she provides.
