We would like say a heartfelt thank you to Lucy for finding us a beautiful weeks getaway at The Artemis apartments in Stoupa, Greece. What a great week we had, the beach was amazing, the restaurants were plentiful and the locals were so friendly. Everything we asked for and more! Our first time flying with Jet2, we were very impressed and will definitely be using them again.
Also, a big thank you for sorting the medical issue we had about a week before our holiday, along with yourself and the Hays travel team everything was sorted with no stress on our part.
We have already booked again with Lucy for a special holiday in 2025 and will be booking another getaway at the end of the year. Thank you Lucy, you listened to what we wanted and got it spot on. You make booking holidays easy and stress free. We really do appreciate it!

Lucy, is amazing! Very responsive to requests. The information she provides is comprehensive and very informative. She will also give recommendations on places based on her own personal experiences which is very reassuring when your not sure about what to expect and what you want from a holiday. Lucy just gets it! She understands the type of holiday you want with only a few messages back and forth. Nothing is too much trouble for her and we felt very comfortable asking all our questions. We have only ever travelled with Tui so this is very different for me, however we have only been in contact with Lucy (through a recommendation from a work colleague) for the last 3 months and have booked 2 holidays with her! Great service and very easy to speak to.

Lucy was extremely helpful when booking our family holiday. She came back to us on the place we wanted to stay, we then asked for a particular resort. The response was quick and she has got us a great deal on what looks like brilliant hotel. She was always quick to respond to any queries we had. I would highly recommend her and will be booking more holidays through her I'm sure!.

First time of booking a holiday abroad with my children, was straight forward to do. Lucy did everything for me answered all my questions! Really looking forward to enjoying the holiday later on in the year.

Where do I start. As we all know it’s not an easy task booking a holiday with that goes with it, from choosing a destination to flights and timings, hotels and the service levels all inclusive or half board. Well with all that I would say speak to Lucy Taylor at hays, she is absolutely brilliant. From first contacting Lucy and speaking to her she puts you at ease.
I gave Lucy the brief of what I wanted and that it was a surprise for my wife’s birthday.
She went through my options and believe me when I say this lady is quick, I had a few quotes with travel times and airlines and hotels with all inclusive and full board and half board options within a few hours.
Once I’d been through them I had a few more questions and Lucy explained and went through everything and did her due diligence by checking with her travel provider to make sure we had the correct information.
Lucy worked very hard to keep to my expectations on time and budget. As prices are unpredictable sometimes she kept on top of it and kept me informed.
Once I had the holiday picked she went through all the paperwork side of things and helped in booking the airline seats. As this was a special occasion Lucy even managed to get us some lounge passes at no extra cost, she an absolutely star getting in touch with the hotel to have some extras put in place for us.
If you want the hassle free peace of mind personal touch of dealing with a travel agent then Lucy Taylor is the person I would recommend without hesitation.
You can genuinely hear her excitement for you as she books the amazing holidays for you.
