Recently booked a staycation with friends for New Years through Lucy and she was very attentive in listening to our needs and gave us a few tailored options with what we needed without being overwhelmed by choice.
Unfortunately we had issues due to the property's management (external third party). Along with an update, Lucy gave us our options, including some potential alternatives. We ended up rebooking a different property with everything sorted within a couple of days (win win in that ended up cheaper and in a better location for us!) Very thankful for the lack of stress the change caused over a busy booking period because Lucy had it covered.
