Recently booked a cruise with Shaun very helpful and informative - talked us through our holiday very happy with the service - nothing was too much trouble

I principally dealt with Catherine, Assistant Manager, who provided excellent customer service by researching the needs of the holiday I desired effectively. It was not rushed, and each step was agreed upon with me to ensure it was what I wanted. I felt very relaxed, which was down to the friendly, welcoming communication. There was a genuine desire and awareness to ensure I got the holiday experience I was looking for. The pressure of booking my holiday with all the flights, hotels and cruise that were needed, was taken away from me and gave me confidence that the whole package of my holiday was professionally achieved

Sean could not have been more helpful. Knew his job, found the best package for the hotel we wanted, in double quick time. Explained the paperwork, what we could expect to receive and what else needed to be done.

Laura made me feel at ease with booking my flight to Australia. Travelling alone, Laura made sure I have a good connection time, which means i will feel more comfortable finding my way,I don't need to panic! she also booked my seat and gave advice on the visa i will require.

Chris dealt with our travel needs very efficiently and was friendly and helpful throughout. Hays is the travel company we always deal with as they provide a good service.

Most staff well informed. Hays are the best of the limited number of Travel agents available locally. This is not damning with faint praise, and overall they did what we asked, and I felt comfortable and confident with the holiday booked.
