Hays Travel - Lymington Reviews 

The help & advice we were given was fabulous, nothing was too much & the time Liam gave us was very helpful. In fact we actually booked a holiday through Hays Travel at a destination we were shown. The two other lady reps in the office were also very helpful & friendly. Will definitely go back there again.

I went into my local branch in Lymington to book my summer 2026 holiday,but the dates I chose sold out over the weekend,Tania was at hand to serve me but accidentally put the year 2025 in by mistake,it was all rectified with the help of Liam and together they found me an excellent price for the correct dates,deposit paid,insurance paid,and the outstanding balance I now have on direct debit over 14 months.I can always rely on great,excellent service here,never disappointed.

We were nervous about booking a cruise online as we're new to cruising. We'd looked at a few cruises but found it complicated becauseof all the options available. We found Liam to be very helpful and he suggested adding three days in a hotel at the end of the cruise which actually worked out cheaper than the cruise only choice.

The “apprentice “ Liam listened to what I wanted and found something near to what I asked for. Didn’t get a top star because he never gave any other suggestions.

Catherine who took our booking could not have been better. She was friendly and understood what we wanted. She explained all the choices with humour and no fuss - this will be our first cruise. We went into Hays Travel to gather information and we came out with a booking. We were not rushed in any way.
