Re travel and holiday insurance
Your agents were very well informed and helpful and we booked and payed for our flight tickets.
The only problem was the contact I was given 0208-6039691 to apply for travel and holiday insurance. I eventually spoke to a lady in another country who had a heavy accent. I did not understand her. After 30 minutes of questions and answers which were repeated over and over again, she told me I did not qualify, but i am fit and well. It was a very confusing and stressful experience. Do you have an English agent.

Regarding the Travel Insurance, I do apologise that you didnt receive the service you expected with calling the medical screening team. There is a website that you can use to declare any medical and this is www.azgahealthscreen.co.uk. Any questions at all please do hesitate in calling us or coming into store.

Internal Flight Booking
Was expecting to have to go into the shop to book and was very pleased it could be handled by phone. Every person I spoke to was efficient, professional and cheerful. My travel arrangements were booked promptly and completely as requested. Catherine phoned back to confirm arrangements or query requirements very quickly. Am very satisfied with service.
