I was with Clare initially as Laura was with a client. She was very personable and helpful. Laura then took over and was welcoming and extremely efficient, making sure that all our needs were met. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very accommodating. I would certainly use Hays Travel again. There was also a lovely camaraderie between the members of staff which added to the positive experience.

Just so helpful and knowledgeable. If they don’t know a lot about where you want to go, they always know someone who does.
Booked a tailor made trip which would have taken us a long time on the internet.
Always use them now as it’s just so much easier than trawling the internet for days / weeks on end.
