Also all the other staff at Lytham are very friendly and helpful, it makes for a lovely atmosphere in the agency.

Very friendly staff when you are able to get served by someone …
Very friendly staff in this unit would recommend to others however the caution is that the unit always short staffed which means you may have to call in a few times to hopefully get a travel expert to help you ! I did persevere but others may not have the same patience.

We were looking for the holiday of a lifetime cruising Japan with stays in Tokyo and HK. Hays found the best of holidays at a great price and it took nearly two hours. Great service and something to look forward to (5 weeks cruising the far east in a suite on a fabulous ship)
