As soon as we walked in we were greeted with warm welcome.
Kniki was amazing, very friendly.
We knew what we wanted and she found exactly that but better. She took care of everything. Just brilliant. I would normally look on line to find something but its not worth it Hayes can do better.
Certainly will be going back.

Vicki and Lynn were both so polite, professional and knowledgeable. They both answered all the questions we had. Very happy right now.

Lynn helped us with finding a holiday. I was frustrated with trawling through the internet and having questions where the answers online were not obvious. Hence the trip to Hays. We told Lynn our criteria and budget and in a very short time we were given some options and chose one straight away. Fantastic service. Lynn arranged everything, it was so easy for us. I would recommend and will certainly go there again.
