Sophia at the Maidstone branch is always so patient and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for her. Responses from emails are always prompt and informative and l especially like the fact there is never any pressure. Great service from Hays. l have recommended to friends and family as l am so impressed with the service provided.

After booking with Lynn at Hays twice before and both being good experiences, we trusted in her choices once again and were more than satisfied. Professional but friendly and actually listening to what we were looking for, we left happy and excited for our next holiday.

We booked an appointment with Nikki, as we booked our holiday with her last year. (Neither of us had been abroad for many years when we saw her last year.) Nikki listen to what we were after and got it sorted straight away

Nikki was very helpful advising us on the hotels in Turkey. We have never been to Turkey and has she been there we were guided by her expertise. We booked a hotel for June 2027 and hopefully we will book another one for later in 2027.
