Nikki deals with all our holidays and we’ve always had the best experience and has done for years. We like multi centre holidays in more tropical locations and she just understands our needs more than others. Always finds the best options for the best value. We cannot wait for our Japanese adventure in July travelling across the country to get the most from our visit! We wouldn’t use anyone else!

Helpful staff when booking

Lauren is always professional and does the best she can for the customer We go to Maidstone as she moved from Hempstead Valley although we live in Rainham we know we get the best customer service with Lauren

We came into the store to book a particular hotel in Turkey for an all inclusive holiday. We had tried at another travel agent and had been told it holiday was available. You assistant, Daisy, found us a holiday, booked it with a choice of dates, and sorted out our disability assistance, including a discount and simple deposit. It took a little while, but she was completely thorough.
