Hays Travel brilliant service
My husband and I went in to see if a deal he had found online could be matched. I was unsure about the destination before we went in, but Demi was so professional and obviously knew the area we were looking at that we decided to book there and then!

A very pleasant experience. Demi was absolutely brilliant. It was a pleasure to meet and deal with her.Friendly, patient, very knowledgeable and a brilliant sense of humor. She explained everything in detail and we were able to ask and get answers to our questions.If this is the standard for Hays Travel then I would certainly recommend them.

Lots of helpul advice
Daisy, the travel agent, was extremely helpful. I am a complete novice at booking a cruise and she gave me lots of helpful advice. My husband and myself have wanted to see the Norwegian Fjords for a long time and are really pleased with the booking we have made.
