I was very pleased with the service provided by the staff they were very informative and helpful . They did spend time getting my accommodation central in Prague and looked at several suitable options for me.

This was our first trip abroad with the children and for us parents it had been a good few years since we last travelled abroad, things have changed so we needed lots of advice! ☺️Lauren was fantastic in helping us to make the booking and explore all the options including money, flights and getting to and from the airport. We had the loveliest family holiday and the easiest journey. Thank you to Hays Malton and especially Lauren . We will be back to book again!

We went to Hays Malton, not really sure where we wanted to go but we were going in 3 days time! Nicola found us a good hotel with decent flights. She was great looking at alsorts until we found what we liked the best.

The staff in the Malton Office are amazing. They are all very smiley, helpful and knowledgeable. It's a pleasure to meet with them.

Debi was brilliant from start to finish! She booked the perfect holiday for me and was extremely knowledgeable about Corfu (having lived there previously) she suggested places to visit and even how to get there.
