She explained everything in a polite and professional manner, even recognising us after just popping in a couple of days before to discuss our dream holiday. Every time we go into Hays at Mansfield, the experience is really positive. We booked another holiday on Saturday and Katie spent the time to make sure the hotel was the right choice for us, including where it is situated, the public bus service running from near to the hotel, the beach, and things to do around the immediate area

My husband and myself always use Hays Travel for our holidays as it is a stress free way to book.
