Amazing Staff
All the staff at Hays Travel Marple are amazing. My dream holiday to New Zealand was cancelled as flying via Dubai. It was to celebrate my 65th. I went in on Monday and with only 7 days to go to the big day Pauline found me another holiday at a nice hotel in The Canaries so I could at least be in the sunshine on my birthday. I fly Friday.

Jamie was amazing, he ensured all of our needs for the holiday were met. Taking our 81 year old Mum abroad so we needed certain requirements for the trip, he was super helpful, friendly and more importantly patient with us :)

Hay s travel Marple offer a great service ,friendly staff and great atmosphere.
Pauline tried had to get me the best deal and went out of her way to get me £60 voucher which was taken off the full price of the holiday .
This made the price of the holiday cheaper than doing it on line and everything is done for you .
Like Pauline said …All you need to do is Pack .I will never do a package holiday on line every again 😊So thank you

Fantastic friendly service from the staff especially Amelia who was the agent who dealt with our booked. She went out of her way to accommodate us. As it was the first time we’ve booked a cruise she explained the different options and tailored the holiday to our needs. Highly recommended.
