Expertise and professionalism
I had been apprehensive about booking my flights to New Zealand and Jonathan was very reassuring. He explained all aspects in detail and flagged up issues that I would not have thought of. Kadie and Pauline were absolutely excellent. Kadie calmly sorted out cheaper, shorter and more direct routes for my journey to Melbourne, and took me through the Visa process.

Fabulous Service
We were really warmly welcomed as we walked through the door. A great start!
