I recently booked a short cruise over the phone with an amazing travel rep Maxine, and I can’t recommend her enough! She truly listened to our needs, especially considering my daughter, who is an adult with special needs.

It’s a trail cruise to see if it suits us as a family.Maxine suggested the spa area as a quieter spot, which will be perfect if things get a bit too overwhelming. Her recommendations and insights were spot on, and she explained everything without any pressure.

Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I’m so grateful for her support. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares, I highly recommend her!

First class service. Maxine was amazing as always. Took on board everything we wanted and just sorted it. We had family members who have not cruised before and she talked them through it, leaving them at ease. For our next cruise we won’t go anywhere else but Maxine .

I always get Maxine to sort out my holidays. She is well travelled and very knowledgable and thinks of things you may not have known and Hays have amazing deals and new places to travel. Very attentive and will help all the way along . Recommended her to my friends and family also and they have used her services too.

Maxine, did everything she could to help us with things even staying on phone for hours to try and change a name for us that had to go right to to the higher people to do, but she did it. Also love the reminders we received to check in etc and book parking as we had just moved house so was forgetting to do bits but was reminded and chased to make sure it was done so our holiday run smoothly. Booked again with Maxine as her after sales was phenomenal!.

Maxine L. (Southampton) has been absolutely brilliant in all aspects of booking my cruise. Maxine goes to great lengths to find out the best of everything you need and is always on the end of the phone if you need her. Last year I booked my Holiday through Maxine, it was my lst cruise and everything she suggested for me, I went along with it and I had the best time ever. Everything was perfect for what i dreamed of in a cruise . All credit to Maxine. Would highly recommend Maxine to anyone considering booking a holiday.
