Based on my original brief, she designed a good offer, and as we discussed it, she was immediately responsive and made small tweaks to better tailor the holiday for our group. We went away to think about it, and when we were at risk of losing our options, she called me on her day off to let me know. She had to call in some favours to get us the rooms we wanted, and we got the result we wanted! Smiles all round!
