Excellent friendly service
We could have booked this cruise through an online travel agent at approximately £300 cheaper but as we have used Hays previously it was worth paying the extra to know that it was booked properly and we had the parking and correct cabins sorted out. Hannah was patient friendly and efficient

Above and beyond
Went above and beyond it was a complicated booking but got there in the end there were a lot of phone calls ticking boxes etc but Catherine stuck at it and got the holiday over the line

Booked what I asked for looked for various dates to see best to
Suit my needs. Checked fright times etc . Rhysian efficient as are all staff at branch. I later got seats reserved with Karli who rang me back. Nothing too much trouble. Colette told me the currency rate and purchased .

What a very helpful sales assistant Hannah. Very knowledgable had all answers fair play. I kept asking question and she answered everyone with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
