No money, No holiday, No Customer Service

I booked with “Libby” today for a holiday that mysteriously disappeared after paying £400.
Libby (probably the daughter) is the worst Costumer Service Advisor I’ve ever dealt with.
She called me back after receiving my money to say the holiday had “disappeared” at that price and was now significantly higher.
Told her I didn’t want to pay anymore
Still waiting for the “refund link” to arrive and they had the brass neck to delete my comment earlier, exposing their unprofessionalism.
Use Michelle Rodde at Hays Travel at your own risk and hope you don’t get stiffed for money like I did!!!!
Update:
Michelle’s reply is in accurate.
The holiday did NOT sell out. I was called back to say the holiday was still there but the price had increased significantly…after I’d booked and paid!
I refused to pay anymore and was advised by “Libby” that she had requested a refund and I would have to wait for a link to arrive to enable payment of my refund.
This did not arrive and when chasing up with Libby I found I was blocked from their social media streams and my comment removed from their page!
I’ve read other reviews about poor service, attitudes and blocking of sites from others and am awaiting a full refund that has been arranged by Vicki with Hays Travel Customer Services.
Michelle and Libby clearly need to be retrained on the processes and customer service values and attitudes.
I will never use Hays Travel again and will be making a complaint to Head Office.
I’ve left Michelle an answerphone message requesting a call on Monday to discuss the complaint I’ve submitted earlier today.

I am sorry to hear the holiday you wanted to book sold out. It is so frustrating when this happens. I can confirm that your refund was actioned overnight as promised by Libby. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for the banks to process.
I completely appreciate how frustrating this situation can be. Regarding the pricing, please note that it is a live price determined by the operator, who has the discretion to adjust it as needed. As such, Libby will handle the payment process based on the operator's directives.
