Once again, an absolute 1st class service from Robyn, booking our cruise for 2027.
Customer service is exceptional. This is the 4th holiday booked with Robyn this year. You are a star, thank you so much. Highly recommend Hays Travel Morpeth.

I told the agent what we wanted. 2 options sent by e mail. one was great so we did everything by phone. Actually upgraded our room and got an excellent price.

Excellent service as per normal .I was served by a young woman called Heidi .I think she is currently getting trained up but you wouldn’t have thought it .She was so lovely and really professional at the way she handled my booking .so helpful even sending a email to my hotel to ask for a special request for my family .She also took time to ring me to tell me that only 1 room was left available so I didn’t miss out on the hotel and the holiday that me and my family wanted .She will be such a assist to the Morpeth branch and she is credit to the staff who are currently helping her with her training .I Look forward to booking many more family holidays and especially my upcoming honeymoon which will be hopefully in September 🤞🙏Well done Girls and thank you Heidi 👍

Fantastic service

Robyn was fab. Phoned me up and explained the prices for the cruise. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. My partner went into the store to pay the deposit and her experience in the shop was great. Everyone was very helpful and explained everything that we needed to know. Highly recommend.

Robyn Weddell was phenomenally good at looking for and finding suitable holiday recommendations based on the specific requirements I had. She researched, compared and checked every aspect of each suggestion - which made making the final decision and booking easier.
She is extremely knowledgeable and it is clearly evident how much she thrives in her role and enjoys helping - first class customer service.

A lovely young lady great with my mum who is 90 yrs young .Roybin was kind and spoke appropriately to my Mum with respect to hear hearing difficulties.

I saw a holiday advertised in their window and went in to enquire. The gave full details of what to expect before and during the holiday. They booked our holiday tickets, insurance, carparking and will sort out boarding passes and seating arrangements for the flights. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. A first class service.
