We always use hays travel at Morpeth . All the staff are very friendly & helpful . We generally go to Robyn weddle always gets it right

Friendly, informative and helpful. We were able to book the experience we were looking for at the right price, on the dates that we wanted and at the location of our preference. Robyn was first class and her knowledge of the area we were booking was a bonus.

We went in to enquire about a cruise which we had looked at in the brochure and not having cruised before needed information and advice We were not disappointed as your excellent informative friendly staff (we were attended today by Robyn Wendell) was able to advise us taking us through all the details and guiding us when we asked. We hadn’t intended to book that morning however we were confident we had all the appropriate information so did actually book the cruise. The staff at the Morpeth branch of Hays are all excellent and are an asset to the company.

We booked insurance for our holiday. The lady who arranged it was very helpful and efficient. It was a pleasure to deal with her.

The amount of care & attention given to planning a holiday is second to none. Any worries or concerns that you may initially have about the possibility of going away are quickly dispersed. This is helped by a friendly and knowledgeable team who have a combined skill of finding solutions that allow everyone to access a great holiday.
Robyn H in particular took a great deal of time and effort to fine tune many details with our booking, that elsewhere may have possibly created a barrier in stopping us from taking a holiday. With her assistance and skill in tweaking & changing a few variables, we are very much looking forward to our upcoming holiday.
