Absolutely fantastic!
Absolutely fantastic!! We hadn't booked a holiday for years and now having 2 children to consider along with a nervous flyer, Kelly did a marvellous job at understanding our requirements and offering carefully considered options. From suggesting a quieter airport and helping choose well located plane seats, it has all helped make everyone more comfortable about going abroad. As with most things, we thought let's just book it online, but going to Hays was without a doubt the best option, having Kelly guide us though everything was excellent. Highly recommended!

Polite and unhurried search from Luci
Polite, listened to our holiday requirements. Did not feel rushed to make a decision. Went through many options regarding various flight times on a number of different start and end dates which in the end resulted with a holiday to suit our needs at an exceptable cost.
