Popped in to Hays Travel in Newark to book a cruise for my wife’s 50th Birthday
Only been in one cruise before so no expert and was reluctant to book this holiday on line, we were met by Sophie who was great she talked us through everything nothing was to much trouble for her her knowledge on cruising was excellent she gave us the reassurances we needed to book the holiday thanks so much

Mollie took time to understand our requirements and worked hard to make sure we had a competitive quote for the holiday we wanted.

Shelley at the Newark branch was absolutely fantastic. We’d just come from an appointment with another travel agent that had gone really badly, Shelley literally saved our family holiday - efficiently, kindly and with a smile - we are so grateful to her ❤️
