Hays Travel - Newcastle Reviews 

I always use Hays for assistance with my travel plans because the staff in your Ridley Street, Newcastle branch are so friendly, professional and thorough. They really do seem to care, not just because they have a professional obligation but because they’re just good people. It’s a great vibe. They respond to queries quickly and whether I’m the 1st or the 101st customer of the day, the care and consideration I’ve always been given is the same.

We have used Hays before and are very happy with the service offered. Very helpful staff who did all they could to find us a great deal. Very happy with the result and we're now counting down the days until we go.

Everything was handled to my satisfaction after the Hays rep. Laura did her best to find a holiday that fitted our criteria.
We recently returned from a Fjords cruise which did not go according to plan and the email I sent to Hays was forwarded by them to Olsen. Subsequently I received a generic reply from Olsen but no emails from Hays which was disappointing.

The travel consultant was really friendly, listened carefully to our requirements and did a great job finding us our trip to Budapest. Thank you Beth, you and your customer service were fab!

Friendly staff and very helpful for helping us choose a holiday

this is the first time we have booked a package holiday. We had lots of questions and Annabelle patiently answered them all. The insurance we were offered was vastly overpriced and when we tried to add pre existing conditions we were denied. We easily found full insurance cover elsewhere at a fraction of the cost. Traveller beware! Hopefully we will have a straightforward and uneventful holiday.

Nice friendly staff,that have the patience to talk to someone like me,and finally get there, even when they weren't too busy another lady was looking as well, working as a team.will definitely go back.

Laura has been so amazing helping me book the trip of a lifetime! At no point have I ever felt like an inconvenience and as a first time flyer she's been so amazing answering any questions I had (and doing her best to keep me in budget). I can't thank her enough ☺️
