A great service yet again
A great service yet again. I always know when I visit my local hayes travel agents I will leave with a holiday. The efficient and helpful way the staff deal with finding me the perfect break is amazing . They know what kind of holiday I am looking for as I've been going there for so long and treat me as a friend and always find what I need.
I recommend hayes to anyone who mentions holidays and have good feedback from friends and family. Well done girls in the newport swales shop 👏

The girl was very polite, asked us the questions that got us to the right holiday. Explained clearly the room options and checked the availability by phone as well to clarify certain needs we require. Happy with the service provided,would go again.
