This is my second holiday now booking with Nicola Briggs, one was a booking of 11 for my wedding renewal and she has been fantastic from the start as it wasn’t a easy ride with us, we ended up needing a destination change, then one of our party needed a name change followed by one of our party needed removing, then the hotel we had booked was not doing summer 2026 with jet2 and all this was done by Nicola with no questions asked just all the information we needed and neither seemed any bother.

When booking my second holiday she was on hand very quickly to check all the pricing ect for the booking even when it was her sons birthday and late on the evening.

I would very highly recommend Nicola as nothing seems to much trouble and she has had the patience’s of a saint dealing with my group bookings, always on hand to help where help is needed.

Nicola always listens to my preferences/choices and finds me the best deals she can. Lovely lady!

I always book my holidays through Nicola briggs. Nicola is extremely professional in her field of work. Nicola is always polite and pleasant, as I am not very good technically and with everything having to be done this way Nicola goes out of her way even on her day off to talk me through things. Never mind 5 stars she is definitely worth 10. I would not book with anyone else she is amazing.

I do use Hays Travel whenever I book a holiday but normally I go to my local travel shop, so using Nicola’s services was a new experience. It was my daughter who suggested that I go down this route and I must say I am well satisfied with the high service level that I received.
I gave Nicola a comprehensive list of what I needed minus the country and she got to work once she extracted some additional information.
She came back very quickly with a selection which met the criteria and following me asking questions she successfully provided answers. I even sent a question in the evening and got a reply straight back. Now that is service.
