Nicola really took the pain out of looking for a holiday and when had my specific requirements was fantastic at presenting the options and I booked up within a few days. She knows her stuff and was amazing. Would 100% recommend

I've just returned from another trip organised by Nicola. This was a cruise on Anthem Of The Seas to the Norwegian Fjords. The booking was originally just myself and my wife, we booked well in advance. Over time, family and friends decided they wanted to join us, Nicola worked her magic to get another 8 booked on, another 4 cabins, delivering excellent prices too. The last of our friends who came, only booked on 3 weeks prior to sailing. They had expressed interest 5 weeks ago, but the cruise was sold out. Nicola set up an alert with Royal Caribbean, and was onto it like a shot when a cabin became available, quickly on the phone to me to get it booked. That's above and beyond service. I have booked previous cruises through her, and have 3 more already booked. She has also gone above and beyond to create a bucket list trip to Tokyo for my daughter and her boyfriend this coming November, working tirelessly to meet my daughter's very specific needs, and securing her a great price, including business class flights. Nothing is to much trouble and she has great knowledge from extensive travel herself. Very much looking forward to my up and coming trips, as I know I'm onto a winner. I look forward to future bookings through her for myself, my family and my friends

When we book a package holiday, I would always book through a Hays homeworker. The price is the same online, sometimes cheaper, and you get the added bonus of an experienced travel agent who has your back.
I messaged Nicola on a Sunday afternoon, assuming that we would sort out the booking the next morning. However not long after I messaged we were all booked and deposit paid.
All the details were double checked, a note made of any special requests and she even made sure our passports would be in date when we travelled. We never pay to get seats together for a short flight but she kindly said she would make a note in her diary to check us in as soon as check in opened, to give us the best chance of being sat together.
So why do it yourself when you can have a professional make sure it's all done correctly.
