I have never booked with Hays previously, always TUI and Jet2. I found Nichola Briggs to be so efficient, patient and passionate about what she does which made me feel I wanted to book with Hays. I go to Nicola to book all of my trips. She's sorted mini breaks away to big family holidays. She always goes above and beyond, reponds quickly and even in her own time when necessary which is never expected but always so appreciated. She's patient, professional and always finds us great deals, even when we make it tricky with our family of 7. She takes care of everything and makes it completely stress free for us. I can't recommend her enough and wouldn't go to anyone else.
