We went in the shop after browsing the window, interested in a Norwegian cruise,your assistant was extremely helpful,as we have no experience in cruising. queries were answered clearly. and convinced us that the holiday was what we wanted, and we proceeded to book our holiday for next year. Excellent experience
Went into local branch to book a cruise . Always greeted with a smile and staff are so helpful and no pressure to book at all , was very impressed with the knowledge and advice given to us from Leanne at NorthPoint shop. We did book eventually so Thank you Leanne for your time and patience . Definitely recommend branch
