Excellent service
We called into North Shields branch to enquire about the possibility of going by rail to Rome. I’m unable to fly , so this was our choice. Susan in the branch served us and was brilliant. She arranged several quotes and responded to our request asap. She found the perfect trip for us !
Her manner was friendly and very professional . Just brilliant .

North Shields branch
Visited the North Shields branch and was so glad I did! The team there have exceptional customer service, they were warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. Knew I wanted to treat myself for a holiday and wasn’t sure what and where. They were patient with me and offered advice. Within 30 minutes all sorted. I’ll definitely use their services again, faultless!!!!!

Nothings a problem
Susan was the main person who we dealt with for our booking, she found anything we asked for without any issues, even contacting disneyland directly to ask something she wasnt sure about. We also got some information from laura as it was susans day off on this occasion, she emailed through some other date options for us to consider.
