Always there for us
The staff are always friendly and helpful. We are not seasoned travellers(yet) but we are getting there. The girls listen to what we would like and they wave their magic wands and help us find the perfect holiday

Only place to book a holiday
The ladies at Heys travel are always polite and helpful. I wouldn't think of booking my holiday anywhere else. Elisha is always great to talk to and understands my needs as often a solo traveller.
She gives you the time and information, with no pressure to book from the choices to choose from.

Came in after seeing an advert online, Elisha in Northallerton explained all the details but also showed some alternatives which I went with as times and airline suited us better, Elisha made the booking experience feel easy and not rushed

Helpful and Knowledgeable
I spoke to Wendy at Hays Travel Northallerton and advised her what I would like on my cruise holiday. I was a bit uncertain on the cabin and Wendy was very helpful and guided me to a more suitable cabin. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Booking trip to New York
From contacting the Northallerton branch with what I was wanting - they came back same day with a quote but I then went back to them to make amendments - nothing was too much trouble. Again came back promptly with exactly what we required for our trip to New York - went into branch to complete. Very happy with the service and was also advised that the dollar exchange was good - so purchased some whilst in branch. Would highly recommend Hays in Northallerton
