Helpful, Informative, Knowledgeable & Diligent
Nicola, our Travel Booking Guide was great. Not at all pushy. She told us what we wanted to know, plus gave us some background information about the hotel and its surrounding area and proximity to the sights. We weren't pressured to commit there and then. We felt free to go for a coffee and take time to think things over. All things considered we returned later, refreshed and ready to book. Thank you.

Helpful and efficient service
We have been planning for a while a long trip later this year with multiple flights, car/camper van hire and hotels, altering the itinerary along the way before final booking. Hays were extremely helpful and efficient in accommodating our needs

We were greeted by a friendly, welcoming member of staff. Steph took us through different options that fitted our criteria for our holiday.She listened carefully to our requirements and offered suggestions to help us make a decision.
We booked our holiday and Steph completed all the necessary paperwork quickly and efficiently. She explained everything clearly and we came away very happy that her excellent service has enabled us to look forward to a great holiday.
