We saw a great deal in the window, one of those "too good to be true" went in, exactly as says (this isn't alway the case with travel agents!) and booked. The staff are extremely helpful. We will definitely book with Hays again.

Saw a holiday in the window however not…
Saw a holiday in the window however not the right date for me to travel however found another holiday . Friendly and helpful staff.
The only downside was when I got home I went on the Jet2 Web site to show my partner the hotel only to find that they were offering £100 off the same holiday this wasn't offered at the travel agency which I wasnt too pleased about and to make it worse Jet2 was taking £100 pp off the following day. Looks like you only get this discount when you book on line and isn't passed onto the agency.

Staff were patient, took time to review different options and offered suggestions when first choice of holiday was not available.

10 nights in belamadina in Spain
I went in to inquire about a holiday in Spain last Friday
I then discussed the holiday with my husband and booked the holiday Monday 9.3.2926
The lady I saw was polite and booked my holiday in no time and gave me all the paperwork relating to the holiday
We also discussed insurance and passports which was a good reminder that I need to renew my passport and phone regards insurance cover for my holiday

We have been dealing with Hays Travel now for about five years,the holiday advisers are first class, nothing is too much trouble with their help and advice they are all friendly and like a laugh and a joke.
We are usually looked after by Steve or Cliff,both are very experienced with traveling to various parts of the world,allways good with advice but never pushy.
