I continue to book my holidays through Hayes Travel Oswestry. Gary and his team provide a friendly. helpful and professional service.

Gary and his team at Oswestry Hays are always helpful, friendly and go out of their way to make the process easy to navigate and run smoothly. Whether it is face to face or even by email you still get a professional service. Even if we see a holiday advertised with a different travel agent we always go back to Hays Oswestry.

Excellent service as usual. We have booked through Hays Oswestry since they came to Oswestry - always greeted with warm, friendly smile! Nothing is ever too much trouble

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpfull,but I do think when advertising various adverts a bit more information on the bill board outside ref drinks package and cabin arrangements.but very much looking forward to a Norwegian fjord cruise.

We enquired via P and O customer services for a cruise price.
Hayes kindly matched this price, it makes such a difference having a travel agent to handle the booking for us, takes all the stress away from photo I'd, to pre cruise checks, documentation and flight tickets.

Maisie from the Oswestry branch has been extremely helpful throughout. Our criteria wasn’t easy, 9 people from two separate families, flying from two different airports. We had previously narrowed things down to Rhodes, and Maisie found us a good selection but we either had issues with the cost, location or we left things too late and missed out. However, we finally found somewhere and Maisie was able to price match Tui’s prices, so we booked. Maisie was actually away training in the day we booked but had let me know and said I could book with Gary or any other member of staff, I managed to speak to Gary who was also very helpful and then Cathy, who, you guessed it, was also very helpful. But high praise goes to Maisie who I feel stepped up to the challenge (and must’ve dreaded my calls!) but she went above and beyond. Thanks Maisie, Gary and Cathy, what a team!

I visited the Oswestry shop to pick our tickets up for our next holiday. There’s always a friendly atmosphere in the shop. I booked the holiday with Gary who’s always helpful and knows the sort of hotel and facilities we enjoy so all very good.

Hays travel Oswestry is always my go-to advice centre. The staff know me by name and are happy to help me with everything. This time Gary talked me through down-loading the app I needed for my travel.

Gary and Elis were so helpful with our cruise booking, sorting out an issue with the online system that initially looked like we couldn’t have the room we wanted, but all good! They even went to the trouble of booking our car parking on our behalf, which from P&O’s correspondence looked like it was up to us and wasn’t guaranteed. Again, all good!! Great advice on insurance too. We’re able to answer all our questions. We’ve booked with P&O online before but this was much nicer - and reassuring - to go through the process in person knowing everything is sorted. Highly recommend Hays Travel in Oswestry - the whole team very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!
