Janet the cruise specialist was so helpful and friendly in store and on the phone and I’m pleased to say we booked a fantastic holiday through her.
The Perth staff are so nice and helpful and the experience was so easy and stress free. Janet’s knowledge on cruise holidays was amazing and she is an asset to Hays travel in Perth.

We have not used Hays Travel before, but have used somewhere else for over 15 years. Eva greetede with a big smile and really worked to help me. Even when the system was playing up she remained professional. Eventually Eva managed to get us a price for a holiday, that I knew exactly what I wanted, better than a competitor. Her cheerful demeanour made the hour in the store go quickly. Well done and thanks to the person that helped her out. Will definitely use Hays Travel again.

Booked via this branch last time and returned as appreciate the supportive service so was my first point of call.

Perth branch is far from home but any time I visit I arrange a holiday-or two- with your manageress Jackie.
I have never met such a knowledgeable lady both about resorts and hotels as well as realising the kind of holiday suitable for individual customers. Not many people travel from Hertford to Perth before booking a holiday! Before I arrive she sends two or three ideas for the dates I give. I also have been several holidays arranged by her that mean I fly from Stanstead and my friend from Glasgow to the same hotel on the same dates. I can not praise the service highly enough.

I book all my holidays through Hays Travel in Perth and have done for years. I feel all the staff are very pleasant and welcoming anytime I walk in. Jackie has been brilliant over the past few years in booking all my holidays. She always comes up trumps with a great selection of holidays that suit me. The service I receive is excellent. I have no worries regarding paperwork etc as she ensures I have all the documentation I require for my trips. A big thank you to all the lovely staff.

The representative I deal with at Hays in Perth is Janet. Her experience, knowledge and above all else, her never-ending patience, make the customer service experience an outstanding one. Janet frequently goes out of her way to make the best travel arrangements possible for me and nothing is too much trouble. I am so very grateful.

Received excellent customer service from Jenna, an trainee but you would not have known it, we were working up and past 5.30pm due to a slow banking transaction, well done for enduring!

Lily your representative in Perth was very helpful in organising our golf holiday to Portugal.
